STOVE GUARD - WARRANTY AND RETURNS


The Stove Guard Owner's Manual provides complete and detailed instructions for Installation and Use. These are provided with each unit and are also available upon request or can be downloaded as a pdf file.

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY


Stove Guard International Ltd. (SGI) warrants its products to be free from defects and workmanship for a period of (2) two years from original date of purchase.

Customer is responsible for shipping any defective item back to SGI for inspection. All warranty returns must be approved by SGI first and SGI is not responsible for shipping charges or shipping damage to units returned under warranty.

SGI agrees to repair or replace and reship, at its sole discretion, the defective product if returned to SGI within the warranty period and with proof of purchase.

This warranty does not extend to any SGI products, which have been subject to misuse, accidents, incorrect wiring, modifications in any way or to use in violation of operating instructions furnished by SGI, nor extend to any units altered or repaired for warranty defect by anyone other than SGI.

This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.

RETURN POLICY


Stove Guard International Ltd. (SGI) accepts returns on a case-by-case basis.

All returns must be approved by SGI first and SGI is not responsible for shipping charges or shipping damage to units returned.

Item must be packed carefully in its original carton, in unused condition.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS


1. Call us at 1-888-607-8683 or email us at: sales@stoveguardintl.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). 

2. Return the defective unit postage paid to the address shown below.

3. Enclose proof of purchase.

4. SGI is not responsible for shipping charges or shipping damage to units returned. Item should be packed carefully in its original carton.

5. USA Customers - Send the returned item by USPS mail only! SGI will not accept returns from the USA shipped by courier companies (UPS, FedEx, Purolator, etc.) due to border brokerage charges.
